Pseudocreobotra wahlbergii
vs
Pseudocreobotra ocellata
I have many people asking me about these two species ever since i starting to keep both
species. As shown in the pics below,
P. Wahlbergii (subadult male) is on the left and P. Ocellata
(Subadult female) is on the right.
P. Wahlbergii is slightlhy larger than P. Ocellata. P. Wahlbhergii
also has wider pronotum and has longer and shaper "spikes" on the abdomen compared to  P.
Ocellata.
Ok, so now here is how they look at adult stage. It is difficult to put them all line up parallel to each
other and not having them starting to fight or escaping. So here are the best i can get. As you can
see below, the differences on the shield can be observed easily, but the spike on abdomen is not
as it is a dorsal view, but the spike on
P. Wahlbergii is undoubtedly more appearance (longer
and sharper). The size is also pretty obvious, with
P. Wahlbergii  of both gender out-grow their
"close relatives"
P. Ocellata.
So now if you can guess, they are (from left to right) adult female P. Wahlbergii, adult male  P.
Wahlbergii
, adult female  P. Ocellata, and adult male P. Ocellata. Hope you got all of them
correctly :))
